Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial production sector, is seeking an Overnight Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of ice cream containers and lids. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: De Soto, KS

Pay: $19.74

Shift: 7pm - 7:30am, rotating 12-hour shifts (3 days one week, 4 days the next), every other weekend or Sun - Thur 11pm - 7:10am

What's the Job?

• Operate and tend machines to produce ice cream containers and lids
• Perform minor maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the department
• Follow all safety guidelines related to machine operation
• Lift and handle ring stock rolls and cases weighing up to 50 lbs

What's Needed?

• Experience operating industrial or consumer manufacturing machines
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to perform minor machine maintenance
• Strong attention to safety protocols
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and rotating schedules
• Ability to lift up to 50lb
• Ability to have perfect attendance within the first 90 days
• Strong work ethic
