Entry-Level Plant Operations Technician, Corrugated Packaging

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you’ll rotate across production tasks—mastering equipment operation, measuring materials precisely, and verifying that every order matches the spec. You’ll read and act on digital, written, and verbal instructions; apply basic math to daily work; and use test tools to confirm quality. When a pallet leaves your area, it’s counted, stacked, labeled, and free of defects.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Hourly Rate : $19.28 up to $28
• Classification : Hourly, Full-Time
• Shifts : 2nd (3 : 00 pm–11 : 00 pm) or 3rd (11 : 00 pm–7 : 00 am)
