CLINICAL EFFECTIVENESS COORD

Full-time position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA

The Clinical Effectiveness Coordinator reports to the Director of Quality Management, this position will assist in the coordination of improvement activities for successful accrediting, licensing, and certifications, provide performance improvement and quality support for service line initiatives. Project manage cross-functional performance improvement teams to develop and implement solutions for quality patient care, monitor and maintain project/actions plans for performance improvement initiatives to ensure project goals are met. Research and advise best practices based on evidence based medicine.

Since that time the hospital has changed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community. Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 2 and the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center. Qualifications

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

• Language proficiency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Collaborates with management team to develop and implement metrics and performance targets that assess compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Utilize multiple data sources (MIDAS, Crimson, Cerner) to conduct data analytics that drive quality patient outcomes.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Three years RN clinical experience required.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

• Bachelor of Science in nursing preferred.

REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS

• California Registered Nurse License required .
