Senior Client Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Client Services Specialist to enhance customer experience and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing service inquiries professionally

Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and brokers

Analyze service trends and collaborate across functions to improve the overall service experience

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in customer service or operations, preferably in Group Insurance

Strong understanding of Group Insurance products including Life, Voluntary Benefits, and Disability

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

High level of flexibility to adapt to organizational needs
