AI Agent Integration Developer

Job Summary

As an AI Agent Integration developer you will be responsible for designs, builds, and deploying intelligent AI agents that perform autonomous tasks such as reasoning, planning, decision-making, and interaction. These agents often leverage large language models (LLMs) and integrate into applications like chatbots, automation tools, or SaaS applications. You will be responsible in working closely with business users and application teams in developing and deploying AI agents using Enterprise AI tools such as Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT or Microsoft CoPilot. You will also act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance, thought leadership, brainstorming and ideas on how to improve and make agents better or improve flows to applications and data that the AI agent will leverage.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Integrations

Design and implement scalable, resilient AI Agents that integrate with company data or processes

Define processes, standards, and implementation oversight for all AI agent development at Camping World

Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives and digital transformation projects using AI Agents for various workflows

Collaborate with engineering teams to use AI agents to optimize workflows, security, and cost efficiency

Research and develop standards, and tools for AI Agent usage and implementation

Meet with vendors and stay knowledgeable on AI Agent roadmaps and future products

Meet with application and business units to develop robust AI Agent solutions

Design and build autonomous AI agents that can perform multi-step, complex tasks and make decisions independently.

Developing robust and secure integrations (e.g., APIs, webhooks, or custom connectors) to enable AI agents to connect with and take actions within enterprise systems

Creating and managing a network of specialized AI agents that work together to solve complex business problems. This involves designing protocols for agents to communicate, share information, and hand off tasks seamlessly

Workflow Automation in translating complex business processes into automated, agent-driven workflows and implementing the logic that allows agents to perform those tasks

Implementing and managing secure authentication and authorization protocols to ensure all agent actions are secure and compliant with enterprise security policies.

Monitoring the health and performance of integrations and AI agents. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing workflows for speed and reliability, and continuously improving the agents' behavior through feedback from the business or users using the agent

Provide support and knowledge on enterprise automation needs and help guide teams on how to automate some of the workflows via AI agents or possibly scripts and code

Education

Masters / bachelor's degree in information & computer science

5+ years of previous automation and developer coding experience

3+ years of Customer Service and Technical Leadership

2+ years of experience in AI tool and support

2+ years of Agentic AI development

2+ years of Agent AI integrations using various tools

Qualifications

Strong understanding of AI Agent development using tools such as Google Agentspace, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Microsoft CoPilot

Strong troubleshooting skills in development of AI agents using various tools

Strong experience in implementing and managing AI agents once they are deployed

Experience in integrations using AI Agents, knowing how to connect to various data sources or SaaS applications

Strong proficiency in languages like Python as well as Java or JavaScript for Agent AI development.

Experience in successfully deploying AI Agent solutions

A solid understanding of core AI and machine learning concepts, including natural language processing (NLP), reinforcement learning, and the use of large language models (LLMs).

Hands-on experience with AI / ML libraries and frameworks

Experience in deploying AI tools and services Enterprise wide

Experience in documenting workflows and how integrations work

Experience in securing AI Agents properly

Strong decision making and operational skill.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven track record of AI agent development and solutions using AI Agents

Have excellent problem-solving skills utilizing both internal and external resources to get the job done. Work through issues and challenges.

Strong knowledge of how applications work and are deployed

Strong knowledge of various AI tools and what benefits they provide

Understanding of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP

Self-starter and motivator and ability to work in team and solo

Pay Range :

$158,655.00-$231,420.00 Annual
