Program Control Specialist

A company is looking for a Program Control Specialist specializing in radar system deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control project budgets, track actual vs. planned spending, and forecast financial performance

Create and maintain project schedules and analyze schedule variances

Prepare regular reports on project status, including cost curves, milestone progress, and risk exposure

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field

Experience in program controls, systems engineering, or radar system deployment

3+ years of experience for entry-level, 5+ years for mid-level, and 8+ years for senior roles

Proficiency in project controls software and experience with earned value management (EVM)

Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust
