Opportunities may include, but not limited to:

• Managing overall engineering design efforts for Design-Only and EPC projects to optimize safety, schedule, and profitability.
• Leading and mentoring a team of multi-discipline professionals to ensure project success.
• Managing the implementation of the Quality Program for engineering designs.
• Preparing and managing the final engineering labor-hour budgets.
• Partnering with a projects controls team to manage the engineering design schedule, budget, and progress measurement function.
• Preparing, submitting, and managing client change orders.
• Managing subcontracted product procurement and/or engineering design efforts.
• Directing and managing field services.
• Presenting designs and proposals to clients, permitting authorities, public interest groups, etc.
• Corresponding and/or meeting with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Leading project proposal efforts.

• Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited program and licensure as a Professional Engineering (PE).
• Seven (7) years of substation engineering experience, consulting preferred. Master of Science degree in electrical engineering may be substituted for one (1) year experience.
• Excellent knowledge in degreed discipline and basic knowledge other industry related disciplines.
• Strong facilitation and team-building skills.
