As a Resident Assistant, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional care and support to residents by assisting with daily activities, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring their comfort and safety. At Vivie, we value our people and offer a competitive pay range of $17.40 / hr. to $23.65 / hr.

As a Resident Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our community, providing hands-on support to residents while fostering meaningful connections. Whether assisting with daily activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, or simply being a friendly face, you’ll play a key role in helping residents live each day with dignity, joy, and companionship.

As a Resident Assistant at Vivie, you will :

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills, respecting their preferences.
• Encourage residents to engage in social, recreational, and wellness activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing resident spaces.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks while promoting a positive dining experience.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.
• Welcome new residents and help them transition smoothly into their new home.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure exceptional care.
