AV Rated Firm Seeks Experienced Litigator. Non-Equity Partnership Potential.

Scheer Law Group, LLP (“SLG”) is an AV Rated firm with offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Orange County. SLG represents secured creditors, investors and property owners. We will place a qualified candidate in either our San Rafael or Orange County office.

Who we are looking for . We are seeking an experienced litigator who can handle real estate litigation matters i.e. eviction, landlord-tenant and lender defense cases from start to finish. A successful candidate would need to demonstrate a following :

• Three years or more experience handling general litigation, landlord-tenant or lender defense litigation from start to trial ;
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of California Civil Procedures. Optional : Knowledge of current state and federal laws governing evictions and lender foreclosures e.g. changes to CA HOBR, Non-judicial foreclosures pursuant to Civ. Code § 2924 et. seq., evictions pursuant to CCP § 1161 etc. as well as local regulations.
