A company is looking for an HRSC Coordinator Tier 2.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line HR support and excellent customer service via phone and email
Act as Subject Matter Expert for Tier 2 support and manage cases within Salesforce
Research, resolve inquiries, and contribute to HRSC reporting and analytics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of experience in HR Service Center or Customer Service
2-3 years of Human Resources experience
2-3 years of Workday experience
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
