Key Responsibilities

Provide legal representation in family law matters including divorce, child custody, and spousal support

Manage a caseload with a target of 100-130 billable hours per month

Maintain compliance with Washington State Bar requirements and uphold professional standards

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing Family Law in Washington

Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing

LLM in tax planning is encouraged

Ability to meet billable hour targets based on caseload
