Job Description:

InGenesis is seeking an LPN to work at Langley AFB. If you meet the qualifications outlined below, apply today and we'll reach out to answer any questions you may have.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Initiate, perform, and complete assigned duties in providing care.
• Complete assigned patient care based on the patient's conditions.
• Performs appropriate portions of physical examinations including age-appropriate physical measurements.
• Observe, identify, and respond to the patient's needs for care.
• Prepare and administer prescribed and perform treatments.
• Recognize urgent or emergent patient care situations.
• Perform support duties for complex diagnostic tests and/or specialized practices or procedures.
• Performs other administrative functions directed by mission needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a practical or vocational nurse
• Current BLS
• One (1) year of practical or vocational nursing experience providing hands on care within the last three (3) years, preferably within outpatient setting
• Knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in the use of basic word processing, data entry, and automated medical records.
