Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse team. This role ensures all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed on time and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards. You will supervise warehouse staff, maintain workflow efficiency, and enforce safety procedures to promote a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with management to balance team responsibilities and adjust staffing to meet business priorities
• Oversee daily production in all warehouse areas to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Coordinate the movement of products throughout the warehouse
• Ensure product handling meets customer expectations and quality standards
• Monitor labor productivity and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Operate forklifts (experience preferred)
• Enforce warehouse safety protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned
