LCR is looking for Sales Representatives to support the leading provider of HVAC and Plumbing services in the US.

We are hiring a team of Outbound Sales Representatives who will be making calls to current and prospective customers. Representatives on this team will use available tools, skills, and resources to position service benefits with a goal of upselling additional services and winning new customers!

• Primarily responsible for making outbound sales calls to existing customers in order to upsell additional services AND previous customers in order to reactivate their service plans.
• Representatives will be expected to approach each call with a professional sales approach, greeting each potential customer with excitement and confidence!
• While providing a professional and consistent customer experience, representatives must endeavor to reach or exceed contact center dialing efficiency, sales, and quality criteria.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment, collaborating with teammates to achieve individual and team sales performance, quality, and productivity goals
• Take an active position in informing customers about our client's products and services, and when appropriate, provide competitive advantages.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, GED, trade school certificate, or equivalent is required.
• Experience in inbound and/or outbound sales environments such as a call center or retail location.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a collaborative setting.
• Must be goal oriented, assertive/competitive mindset and ready to overcome obstacles to meet and exceed sales goals
• The ability to maintain precision and manufacturing standards.
• Physical attendance is critical to success and is required to fulfill objectives.
• Must be open to receiving feedback and be able to implement coaching to improve response and sales close rates
