Sign-On and Relocation Bonus Available

This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment.

In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from Louisville, CO facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.

SUMMARY

Servtech, A Roeslein Company, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Pipe Assembler II to join our dynamic team at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling metal building structures on welded skids. We are seeking an individual who is committed to performing high-quality work safely, pays close attention to detail, and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly is required. Must be able to stand / walk 90% of the time and sit 10% of the time. Requires the ability to work from heights while utilizing the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for each situation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with an uncontrolled atmosphere.  Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible.  All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$25.50 - $28.98 per hour
