BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Mailroom Clerk in Lexington, KY 40509. Job Title : Mailroom Clerk Duration : 4 Months Location : Lexington, KY 40509 Anticipated Start Date : ASAP (Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.) Job Type : Contract (40 hrs. a week) Pay Range : $14-$15 / hr (Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Work Schedule : Training : The training period is six weeks, Monday through Friday, from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST. Weekends are not required during training. Post-Training Hours : After training, the regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM to clean desk (work completed).

Job Description

This role is crucial in processing claims and correspondence, ensuring a seamless experience for our members. Top 3 Responsibilities :

• Opening envelops and removing contents. Then placing the contents in sort bins.
• Reading and comprehending the instructions to make informed sorting decisions.
• Working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Attention to Detail : Must be highly detail-oriented with a proven ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
