A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative and recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide recruitment coordination support, including applicant tracking and pre-screening
Schedule interviews, health screens, and coordinate travel logistics for candidates
Compile and prepare reports on recruitment activities and assist with local recruiting events
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field with two years of relevant experience
Experience in a Talent Acquisition or administrative support role in a high-volume environment
Familiarity with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations related to recruitment
