Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish treatment plans for clients
Maintain a caseload of 8 sessions per day, ensuring timely documentation
Utilize brief, solution-focused interventions and ensure client safety
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of clinical counseling experience
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
Independent clinical license required
Experience providing direct clinical services and solution-focused therapy
Knowledge of treatment issues and EAP services
