We are seeking a compassionate, flexible, and highly-skilled Caregiver Ambassador to join our team!

This role is ideal for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with leadership experience and a passion for providing exceptional care across a variety of client needs and care levels. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working with male and female clients and their pets, as well as training other caregivers.

This position requires caregiving in clients' homes and working in an office setting when not with clients.

Pay : $19.00-$22.00 / hr

Rotating schedule : 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next week

  • 8a-8p-Monday, Tuesday, Friday
  • 8a-8p-Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-quality care to clients with varying levels of need, including personal care, companionship, and mobility assistance.
  • Be available on-call every other weekend and flexible to cover shifts as needed.
  • Work with clients who have pets and provide basic pet care.
  • Fill in last-minute call-offs.
  • Must be available within 1 hour of the scheduler's call, and willing to travel a 30-mile radius
  • Must be skilled in all levels of care, ranging from companionship, total care, and end-of-life.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor to other caregivers, offering hands-on training and support.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and reliability.

    • Qualifications :

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with 3-4 years' proven experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts every other weekend.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients and care needs.
  • Comfortable and experienced in working around animals.
  • Strong leadership and training skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, valid car insurance are required.
  • Previous experience in a caregiver or lead caregiver role.
