Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing insights on team dynamics and organizational health
Translate business strategy into people implications and support leaders in designing effective plans
Drive the execution of core People programs and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance team performance
Required Qualifications
5 - 7 years of experience in People / HR roles, with 3+ years as a People Business Partner in a high-growth environment
HR designation or formal HR education (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or equivalent experience
Proven experience in change enablement and supporting organizational evolution
Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
Experience with HR tools such as BambooHR and Culture Amp, and knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment law
