Technical Resource Manager / Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Resource Manager / Recruiter to help us grow our IT teams!
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with IT professionals and accurately matching their skills with our ongoing projects at our clients’ sites. This includes sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Your ability to evaluate people and to be resourceful in recruiting talent will be vital to the team's success. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and someone who works well in a supportive team environment. In addition, excellent oral and written communication skills are essential and previous sales experience is a big plus.
Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our clients. You will also reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best IT professionals in the industry.
