Entry Level Paralegal - Baltimore

The Position

We are seeking an Entry-Level Paralegal to join our rapidly growing team. Were looking for bright enthusiastic individuals who will bring a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow alongside the firm.

This full-time non-exempt position and is expected to work out of our Baltimore office . The standard schedule is 38 hours per week with hours from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM Monday through Thursday and 9 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM on Fridays with flexibility to work a hybrid-remote schedule after 90 days of successful employment in good-standing with the firm.

Responsibilities

• Draft documents such as motions pleadings correspondence and other legal documents.
• E-filing with various court systems.
• Document recording.
• Maintain client and case files.
• Correspond with and update clients.
• Maintain filing / document system.
• Organize and maintain the groups calendars provide & adhere to legal deadlines.
• Organize and archive the documents related to completed and ongoing litigations.
• Prepare reports for attorney(s).
