Team Lead Position

Walmart Connect's Sales Leadership team is seeking an experienced Team Lead to drive account strategy, execution, and revenue growth for a key advertiser in the CPG space. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, managing a high-performing team of salespeople, account managers, and campaign managers to scale client partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Own Account Strategy & Growth : Develop and execute strategies that deliver significant business growth for clients and Walmart.
• Lead & Inspire Teams : Build, train, and manage a talented, consultative sales and services team.
• Client Partnership : Understand clients' businesses deeply and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Deliver Excellence : Present Walmart Connect's solutions in a compelling, professional manner while ensuring top-tier customer service.
• Industry Leadership : Represent Walmart Connect as a thought leader in major markets (NYC, Chicago, San Francisco).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to drive revenue growth and resolve escalations.
• Strategic Projects : Execute initiatives involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development.
• Product Influence : Collaborate with Product Marketing to shape offerings based on client needs.
• Brand Evangelism : Promote Walmart Connect at events, conferences, and media opportunities.
• Forecasting & Resource Allocation : Demonstrate strong ability to forecast and allocate resources efficiently.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
