Position Overview:
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing them with customized insurance solutions. You will work closely with our team to build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Educate clients about various insurance products and help them choose the best options for their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
