• Additional Skills & Qualifications

MUST HAVE :

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Office)
• Strong written and email communication
• Face to face interaction with customers and professionalism is very important (Must be able to meet with customers via TEAMS video)
• Proficiency in the English language and ability to relay communications with properly formed (grammatically) sentences
• Strong computer savvy skills (Will work in multiple databases and monitors)
• Proficient with computers and MS office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel (Basic data entry, copy and paste)
• Achieved a HS Diploma
• Excel (format and basic pivot tables)
• Typing test - 40 wpm
• Salesforce experience
• Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Schaumburg, IL.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
