Access Network Engineering Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Access Network Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and motivate the Access Network Engineering team while promoting teamwork

Oversee day-to-day engineering of PON, DSL, and Fixed Wireless Access technologies and associated CPEs

Coordinate with Call Centers and NOC to address Access network issues and manage vendor interactions

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Minimum of five years of engineering experience focused on access technologies

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor others

Hands-on experience with PON, DSL, and Fixed Wireless equipment

Proficiency in network monitoring, provisioning, and fault management for relevant network equipment
