The P&G Internship program is a holistic 3-6 month program designed to give students and recent graduates an intensive immersion in the exciting and challenging corporate environment of P&G. Students accepted into the program are each entrusted with a business project to lead over the course of their internship with us. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of mentorship, and formal training as they deliver their work at P&G.
In P&G Manufacturing our team knows a lot about a little of everything - mastering technology, operations, and people development to deliver more value to our consumers. As a Manufacturing Intern, you will be responsible for a certain project in the area of manufacturing process optimization, loss elimination, quality control, or development of engineering systems.
Engineering at P&G is a well-oiled machine. Day after day, we're innovating new products and driving cost-efficient solutions. As an Engineering Intern, you will lead projects focused on energy efficiency, safety, equipment digitalization, sustainable develop-ment, and predictive maintenance, utilizing digital tools to enhance operational performance and promote ESG initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary 100 000 rubles gross
5/2 work schedule with a choice of: 8/9:00-17/18:00 - Monday-Thursday; 8/9:00-14:30/15:30 - Friday

Job Qualifications
The job requires you to be based in St. Petersburg (or you should be ready to move to St. Petersburg with the company's support
You are a third- or fourth-year student or a recent graduate (up to two years after graduation);
English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate level or higher);
STEM academic background is preferable;
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills;
Critical thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to work in diverse organizations and teams;
Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
