We're looking for a Senior UX Product Designer to help shape the next generation of AssetWatch's AI native platform and define what best-in-class industrial UX looks like. You'll combine systems thinking, creativity, and technical fluency to design elegant solutions for complex problems—translating data-rich workflows into intuitive, insight-driven experiences. Working closely with customers, product managers, engineers, and go-to-market teams, you'll play a key role in turning ideas into scalable designs that drive measurable impact across web and mobile. Your work will set the standard for usability, consistency, and design excellence.

What's the Opportunity :

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to pixel-perfect execution, to create exceptional user interfaces that align with our brand and product vision.
• Apply a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points to craft intuitive and accessible design solutions that elevate user experiences across mobile and web interfaces.
• Collaborate with leadership, product managers, engineers, go to market teams, and customers to gather insights, analyze user feedback, and translate data into actionable design improvements.
• Accelerate cross functional POD success : Engage in agile ceremonies across R&D and customer PODs to rapidly design and iterate world class solutions.
• Rapidly sketch, mockup and create high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate your design concepts to development teams and stakeholders.
• Champion design process, consistently communicating and educating on best practices, maintaining design systems that ensure a unified visual language and seamless user interactions across all platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, proactively integrating them into your design approach across information architecture, interaction design, UX research, and UI design.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence within the design team.
