What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of the accounting, tax, internal controls, cost management, accounts payable, management reporting, and regulatory reporting areas for OKX LATAM.
• Prepare financial statements for external audits, regulatory reporting / inquiries, and management reporting.
• Implement a month closing process for the local entity and integrate the close with the consolidated group.
• Adopt the consolidated group's cost management system and localize it for specific requirements.
• Oversee the accounts payable process and all company operating expenses.
• Lead the local OKX financial statements audit.
• Establish internal controls around financial reporting.
• Develop effective and automated processes for financial reporting and analytics.
• Support navigation of the regulatory landscape by monitoring and adapting to evolving reporting requirements and tax mandates across jurisdictions in the LATAM region.

The salary range for this position is $143,111 to $257,599. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
