Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements from planning to delivery.Analyze historical financials, QoE, working capital, revenue trends, and key operating metrics.Serve as a primary client-facing contact, engaging directly with senior executives and private equity leaders.Provide clear commentary on financial performance, risks, and value drivers.Guide and mentor engagement teams; support career development and technical growth.Contribute to business development through proposals, pitch participation, and relationship building.Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables under tight timelines.Must-Haves
7+ years of experience in Audit, Finance, or Transaction Advisory Services.Minimum 3+ years directly focused on financial due diligence or M&A transactions.Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and M&A processes.Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis.Proven ability to communicate confidently with senior executives, PE investors, and C-suite leaders.Strong project management skills with experience running multiple engagements.Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.CPA strongly preferred.Willingness to travel up to 10%.Nice to Have
Experience mentoring or leading engagement teams.Prior exposure to government contracting, construction, or technology industries.Experience supporting business development efforts at a firm or practice level.
