What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, offering assistance as required. Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity within a technology and media-focused location. Observe and report any suspicious activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters. Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed. Document and report all incidents, irregularities, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols. Minimum Requirements : Loss prevention experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
