RIB U.S. COST is seeking Senior Construction Cost Estimators to join our Dallas Fort Worth areas team to provide conceptual through definitive estimates. RIB is a leader in providing project controls related services across all vertical markets within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will become part of team that is setting new standards in Project Delivery for industry in applying new methods and new technology to create innovative and value-added results to every step of the process.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required :

• Ability to develop estimates at multiple phases from planning through construction
• Knowledge of, and proficiency in discipline-related systems
• Four-year degree in a related field
• Fifteen (15) years of experience is required in the estimating field or in a related area which may include construction field engineering, contracting, claims and other industries relating to estimating.
• At least five (5) years' experience with a contractor during the construction phase of a project is strongly desired. Experience with large infrastructure and / or aviation projects required.
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS OFFICE suite
• Proficient utilizing estimating tools
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Exhibit a high degree of professionalism in the production of deliverables and in interactions with fellow employees and clients
• Strong desire to learn or expand upon new methods and software.
