[job_card.job_description]Minimum 2 year of experience in electronics assembly Have hands-on Class 3 assembly experience Have worked with tight tolerances and strict quality systems Demonstrate strong attention to detail Are comfortable working under a microscope Understand why Class 3 is held to a higher standard Produce consistent, repeatable workmanship Can explain Class 2 vs. Class 3 differences
1st Shift 6 : 30am to 3pm Monday through Friday
Pay : $22-26 / hour based on experience
Job Duties :
- Assemble electronic components using manual processes, including stuffing, mechanical assembly, hand assembly, and soldering (both lead and lead-free), ensuring all soldering tasks meet IPC Class 3 workmanship standards.
- Required for aerospace, defense, medical devices, avionics, life-support or safety-critical systems
- No tolerance for defects — work must be precise, clean, and reliable
- Solder joints must be properly wetted, uniform, and completely free of pits, cracks, voids, or contamination
- Very strict on component alignment, lead trim, solder amount, and cleanliness
