Daily Responsibilities : Develop treatment plans for clients based on individual needs Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills Collaborate with Special Education Directors to tailor services for various diagnoses Conduct patient care planning and discharge planning Required Skills : Certified Occupational Therapy Treatment Planning, IEP / PPT, Evalations Pediatrics / School experience Company Information : Community Therapeutix specializes in providing mindfully designed wellness therapies for both children and adults, focusing on bridging the gap between home, school, and community.
