We are currently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position (MF) at our Kenosha clinic which will be opening Sept. 1, 2025 .

What Youll Do :

• Work 1 : 1 with children on the autism spectrum
• Implement behavior support plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Track and record data daily

Requirements :

• RBT certified or willing to complete certification
• High school diploma required; some college or experience in childcare, psychology, or education preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Patience, positivity, and a heart for helping kids thrive!
