About The Position

Job Title : Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)

Profession : Surgical Services

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 1 year required

License : Valid license in hand required

Certifications : BLS, National Certification (NBSTSA) required

Must-Have : Robot experience required, call required, no weekends

Description :

CST positions available for day shifts.

First-time travelers are accepted.

BLS and National Certification (NBSTSA) must be in hand at time of submission.

Call is required; there are no weekend shifts.

Experience with a variety of surgical procedures is essential.

Qualifications include proficiency in abdominal hysterectomy, ALIF, and various orthopedic and general surgical procedures.

Experience with robotic surgery and specific surgical equipment is necessary.

Knowledge of aseptic techniques and sterilization processes is required.

The unit typically handles a daily census of 30 cases.

Interdisciplinary support is available within the unit.

Travelers can expect to float to similar units based on facility needs.
