What Youll Do :

• Proactively reach out to prospective and existing customers to offer insurance and financial solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and follow-through
• Uncover customer needs and recommend tailored products that deliver real value
• Manage policy changes, renewals, and service inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to exceed individual and agency sales goals

What You Bring to the Table :

• Licensed in Arizona for Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance (required)
• Proven success in sales, with a competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and goal-driven work ethic
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
