Description :

1st time traveler considered with prior acute care clinical rotation experience.

Candidate must be comfortable with acute care settings.

Position involves caring for adult and geriatric patient populations.

Rotating weekend shifts are required, with 3-6 weekend shifts per contract.

Daily census is approximately 95 patients.

Clinicians may manage about 12 visits per day.

Experience with the EPIC EMR charting system is preferred.

Skills in acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities are relevant.

Knowledge of conditions such as post-operative surgeries, spinal conditions, and cognitive disorders is important.

The ability to educate patients and families is essential.

Travel experience is highly preferred.

Compliance with required health vaccinations is mandatory.
