The Catching Group is a Hospitality Management Group based in Miami, FL, and it owns and manages three restaurant brands : 107 Taste, Cajun Boil and Kung Fu Chicken. All brands operate in several locations in the Greater Miami area

Kung Fu Chicken is a fine casual restaurant serving high-quality Fried Chicken, Wrap and Sandwich. Kung Fu Chicken Little Havana is seeking a Fryer / Assembler to become an integral part of our team! Job Summary :

As a Fryer / Assembler , youll play a key role in food preparation and kitchen operations, working both the fry station and wrap / sandwich station. Youll ensure every dish is cooked, assembled, and presented to company standards while keeping a clean and organized work area. Top performers may be considered for leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Fry chicken, tenders, and side items to order using proper timing and safety techniques
• Monitor oil temperatures and perform routine filtering and oil changes
• Bread and prep raw chicken according to recipes and portion standards
• Prepare wraps and sandwiches accurately with correct sauces, toppings, and toasted buns
• Handle fresh ingredient prep (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.) and restock as needed
• Communicate with expeditors and kitchen team for efficient order flow
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen workstations
• Follow all food safety procedures and product holding times

Qualifications :

• Experience in kitchen or food prep preferred, but not required
• Able to work around hot oil and lift / move heavy containers
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Must have or be willing to obtain food handler certification

Pay : $16 / hour + Tips and Bonus
