Practice Performance Specialist

This position is Field Based and requires regular travel to various locations as part of your daily responsibilities.

Employees in this position will work on-site or virtually as an extension of the local quality and provider teams by aligning to geographical regions, medical centers and / or physician practices that manage a high volume of UHC Medicare & Retirement membership. This position does not entail any direct member care

• nor does any case management occur. (
• with the exception of participating in health fairs and / or health screenings where member contact could occur)

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 - $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
