Manager, Technical Accounting And Policy

This role offers the opportunity to influence key accounting policies, collaborate across teams, and tackle complex challenges with confidence and creativity. This is a senior, individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting research and provide clear guidance on emerging GAAP, SEC, and statutory requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to assess the impact of new accounting standards and implement solutions that drive compliance and efficiency.
• Consult on complex transactions, including M&A and investment strategies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Develop and deliver training to finance teams, fostering knowledge and best practices across the organization.
• Monitor industry developments and proactively recommend policy enhancements to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload.
