EXPERIENCE IN FRONT OFFICE IS A MUST

The Essential Job Functions are :

  • Answer phones
  • Greet patients
  • Remind patients of their appointment. Reschedule the missed appointments
  • Keep the front office area and bathrooms clean
  • Stock all exam rooms
  • Recruit and screen patients for assigned studies
  • Provide education to patients to help with compliance and retention
  • Complete all relevant site-level trainings in a timely manner
  • Understand all internal policies and procedures approved by the Medical Director, Site Director, and any other departments.
  • MUST BE Bilingual
  • Scanning and data entry.
  • Other office task as required by supervisor
