Staff Accountant SAP Implementation (Onsite Miami)

Position Overview :

We are seeking experienced Staff Accountants with hands-on SAP implementation experience to support a large-scale ERP transition for our client. This is an ongoing project-based assignment that plays a key role in maintaining day-to-day accounting operations while supporting system implementation testing and process optimization. Candidates must hold an active CPA license or be actively working toward CPA completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts in accordance with GAAP.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities including preparation and review of journal entries accruals and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports variance analyses and supporting schedules for management review.
• Actively support the SAP implementation including system testing data validation reconciliation and workflow reviews.
• Partner with accounting finance and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data migration and system integration.
• Assist in documenting new accounting processes and identifying control gaps during the ERP transition.
• Support parallel processing between legacy systems and SAP to ensure continuity and accuracy throughout implementation.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal control enhancements post-implementation.
