DispatchHealth seeks a dynamic individual to join an innovative and rapidly growing team. He/she is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day operations of one to two office locations, containing approximately 8+ Cars. This includes supporting the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to, scheduling, courier support, tech install and removal, kit building/cleaning, fleet, lab, supply chain mgmt., depot services, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care both directly and indirectly. implementing policies and procedures as outlined by the central repository guide.
Schedule - 12 hour shift (8:00am - 8:00pm)
PRN - 1 to 3 shifts per month
Pay range: $25-28/hr
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
Drive DispatchHealth branded vehicle to meet patients at their place of need and load/unload supplies for daily activities (averaging 6-8 visits per 10- or 12-hour shift as scheduled).
Hold primary daily operational accountability for assigned DispatchHealth markets and vehicles. This includes driving clarity, consistency, and performance through a collaborative and engaging leadership style, aligning with internal stakeholders to achieve clinical and operational goals. Under direction of Area/ Regional Leadership.
Provide on-call support to the regional operations team as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required
MA or EMT certificate required
Current BLS Certification Required
Valid driver’s licenses and clean driving record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree from an accredited college or university
Previous trainer or instructor experience

Ability to adhere to established standards for educational quality
Familiarity with basic computer applications and functions

Ability to interact with patients and families and develop rapport and trust, ability to communicate and provide verbal professional clinical presentations/summaries

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a field-based role requiring attendance in the market location before and after each shift to prepare for field visits and gather and restock supplies. Depending on the market territory, it may require travel to practice locations in other states.
