Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach Territory Account Executives to expand service portfolios and grow business
Analyze sales forecasts and extract insights from data-driven reports
Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the technology industry
2+ years of sales experience in a technology reseller, vendor, or distributor environment
Proven ability to deliver measurable impact and consistently meet quotas
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Leadership experience, such as sports coaching or volunteering, is considered a plus
