Job Summary

Adrenalin Attractions is seeking a skilled and versatile CNC Operator, Programmer, and CAD Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will work collaboratively with our CAD and fabrication teams to program CNC machines, troubleshoot issues, and prepare detailed construction drawings in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD. This position requires a well-rounded candidate with strong CNC operational experience, programming skills, and knowledge of CAD software. A background in themed fabrication is preferred. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be flexible with overtime as needed, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC machines, including troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
• Prepare detailed construction and shop drawings for projects in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate closely with the fabrication team and project management to ensure accuracy in shop drawings and machine programming.
• Follow all company guidelines for quality and best practices.
• Track and document all time spent on projects accurately using company software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC machines, including programming and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of G Code and CAM programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with GD&T preferred.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience with surface or character modeling.
• Familiarity with 3D slicer software for 3D printing.
• Background in fabrication for themed entertainment projects.
