Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert speech therapy services to children and adolescents. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. • Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's specific conditions and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based speech therapy interventions, including early intervention services.
• Monitor student progress regularly and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes.
• Educate students and their families about speech development milestones and strategies for ongoing support at home.
• Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices, physiology knowledge, medical terminology, and anatomy related to communication disorders.
• Experience
• Prior experience working with child / adolescent populations is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in speech therapy techniques for diverse communication disorders.
• Familiarity with assessment methods and early intervention programs.
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy related to speech production, and medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology.
• Experience working with children requiring specialized therapies for speech delays or disorders is preferred.

Pay : $60.00 per hour
