Are You the Machinist Who Owns the Details?

Where : Westminster, CA and Orange, CA | Hours : Mon–Fri, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

If you thrive on tight tolerances, clean toolpaths, and dependable cycle times, we want to hear from you. Pick the lane that fits your strengths—production operation, precision setups, or programming—and help build aerospace components that pass first-article the first time.

What Role Fits You?

  • CNC Machine Operator ($25–$30 / hr)

Operate CNC machines to hit dimensional targets and finish requirements.

  • Load / unload parts; check critical dimensions and record in-process results.
  • Escalate measurement / tolerance discrepancies; follow job travelers and instructions.
  • Stage and move finished goods; package for shipment per procedures.
  • Comply with safety; report equipment issues and injuries immediately.
  • Assist with additional production duties as assigned.
  • CNC Setup ($30–$40 / hr)

    • Install and align fixtures, tools, and workpieces on mills / lathes.

  • Load programs; dry-run and complete first-article inspections.
  • Dial in offsets / parameters to achieve accuracy and surface finish.
  • Work confidently with Fanuc, Haas, and / or Siemens controls.
  • CNC Programmer ($40+ / hr)

    • Program mills and lathes using Mastercam, Fusion 360, or GibbsCAM.

  • Read blueprints / CAD to define tools, cutting data, and toolpaths.
  • Support prototypes and first runs hands-on at the machine.
  • Troubleshoot and refine G-code based on test cuts and results.
