Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity - New Hospital in Fall, 5!

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health combines two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network. Our modern -bed free standing behavioral health facility is scheduled to open this November and will offer the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.

Located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in a region known as the Lehigh Valley, which offers a plethora of recreational activities allowing for a professional career and a fulfilling personal lifestyle while in close proximity to NYC, Philadelphia and beaches of New Jersey.

The Chief Nursing Officer will be a key member of the new hospital's Senio Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. The CNO participates in the hospital’s strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives. The Chief Nursing Officer will bulid the initial nursing department and focus on 5 key areas : People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance.
