What We Expect from You

Create Meaningful Experiences - Anticipate guests' needs and ensure every interaction is warm and welcoming.

Engage & Serve - Build genuine connections, earning trust while guiding guests through membership programs, gift cards, spa services, and retail offerings to enhance their self-care journey.

Lead with Expertise - Confidently recommend services and products that align with guests' needs, turning moments into meaningful sales.

Ensure Smooth Operations - Oversee check-ins, transactions and scheduling while maintaining a seamless, organized and inviting spa environment.

Collaborate & Communicate - Serve as a key connection between guests, team members and leadership to support efficiency and excellence.

Give Back & Inspire - Support our community outreach through the Blue Heart Warrior initiative and Hands for Hope Foundation , bringing wellness and healing to those in need.

Position Requirements

Complete Front Desk Training at Burke Williams Training Facility

Be able to work in multiple departments (Concierge, Front Desk, Spa Attendant)

Ability to stand, walk for 95% of shift, and lift items for organizing and cleaning the spa and retail areas.
